I picked up WRS on a google search, read the reviews and decided to contact them to see if they could help me with a Crypto scam. Initially, Tenisha took my case on. She put a lot of work into it and it seemed we were getting somewhere. After Tenisha left the company, Abigail picked up my case. Like the rest of the team she is patient, a clear communicator, empathetic and diligent. After some back and forth with the financial ombusdman and my bank, Abigail finally managed to settle things. I’m thrilled to say as of today I got some of my money back and it’s safely back in my account. Absolutely would recommend these guys 10/10.
